Hello ma’am Some kids do have a delayed speech growth so it would be better that you consult an ENT specialist wants to get it checked first and apart from that if you want you can consult a homeopathic doctor because they really can give you medicines which can help you really well in developing the vocal glands and then slowly gradually child starts to speak well
