#AskTheExpert Hi doctor my child is now 14 months. In every month my period will go on for 5 days. But from last 2 months my period prolonged to 9 days is it normal ?I checked for thyorid and pcod but they are normal.

take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day
walk regularly.
eat protein rich diet . .

Surbhi MalhotraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Yes after pregnancy it took time to get back to your normal routine of your menstrual cycle. Jst continue with good diwt as some women's stop that after sometime but our body still need good diet and supplements
