#AskTheExpert hi doctor, my baby is one year one month old, I want to start giving him cow milk, could you please tell me which milk is best for baby health and development, full cream or low cream milk ?

full cream milk is best
so I would suggest to give cow's A2 milk .
it is safe and easily digestible.
but as it is new food for your child,start with few spoons of quantity and check whether your child is comfortable with it or not.
