A. Hello good evening !! Means any delay in speech or speech issues...!! Consult speech therapist if baby have speech issues , delay on speech , therapies would help.. By 2.5-3 years babies start speaking sentences, reply with sentences,but stammering is common for few sounds .. If you are worrying about stammering then don't worry,by 4-5 years they can spell correctly... regarding any issues of speech you have to consult speech therapist..m
