#AskTheExpert hi doctor my baby is having too much gas problem. He is on breastfeed and we give enfemol as top feed once a day. he passed smelly flatulence and is pooping in 3 days. Pls suggest as he is cries alot if gas is not being passed.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. As baby is very small so consult your doctor once but don’t worry it is common in babies and make sure you burp baby after feeding and try to only breast feed baby and avoid giving formula milk

Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out of a discussion with probably because of the formula milk that you are giving if that particular brand is not suiting your baby you will have to speak to your doctor who can recommend which brand is better however this has to be done under the guidance of your pediatrician
