#AskTheExpert Hi doctor, my baby is four months old . I have few questions as below 1) I would like to know how much calories I should consume in the first six months 2) my teeths are paining , is it because of exclusive breastfeeding? thanks Mousumi

A. Hello,my advice is you should take normal amount of calories which you normally take and also don't eat too much and eat healthy and nutritional diet and avoid taking high calorie foods and secondly when you have deficiency of vitamin c then gums and teeth start paining ,so start taking vitamin c and massage your gums with salt and turmeric.
