#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor My baby is 2 yr 6 months old, from 2 days she is not going for potty . yesterday night and today morning I have given 2.5 ml of evict syrup also. but still she is not doing her potty. please suggest what should I do?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. not a good thing to give laxatives hard stools can be difficult for baby . Give plenty of water to baby and keep well hydrated . Give fibre rich food items like leafy vegetables , wholegrains like broken wheat to baby .

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. Hi dear mom As ur baby is having constipation give enough water to ur baby in a day and give papaya, pear, carrot, cabbage, roti etc to get relief from constipation. Give warm water to drink once ur baby wakes up for bowel movement
