#asktheexpert hi doctor, my baby is 14 months old now. but no teeth. is it an issue or any vitamin deficiency.

A. hi yes, there can be there can be calcium deficiency so please start giving calcium rich diet for example ragi, jeggary, nuts, dairy products etc
