Q.

#AskTheExpert hi doctor, my baby is 13 months old. how much cow milk and buffaloilk cn I gv him in a day. I gv him 4 meals at present and his cow milk consumption is between 180-250 ml. but tecently it has come down to 100-150 ml only. pl advise what should I do.thanks

A. Hi, You should give min 300-400 ml of milk per day to meet calcium demand of the baby. Give meal 3 times and else give milk. I would suggest to give cow's milk as it is easily digestible in comparison to buffalo milk. Start giving nuts honey once baby completes 1 year.
