#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, my baby is 13 months old and from last 3 days, she has running nose, Watery eyes and little cough too. The whole night she is crying, not sure what's happening. Can you please suggest any medication for her.

A. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treat toment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
