#asktheexpert Hi doctor, my baby is 1 yr , my baby is on breastfeeding nly , now i want to stop breastfeeding, I tried many ways but he is not taking other milk product, because of feeding I m not feeling well , very weakness, nd tired .

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom you can try giving the baby cows milk it’s. Quite similar to mothers milk and if required add some flavours as well . Such as fresh fruits or turmeric of jaggery or dates pulp etc
