Doctor suggested paracetmol 250 thrice a day, azithrol 200 5ml daily once, relent plus 5ml daily twice for 3 days. after using the course baby is fine. but again today he has a fever of 100. can i use the same medication again now? bany is 2 years 5 months old. He has fever, cold and cough
