Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. Hai good evening !! AFI amniotic fluid level below 10 is bit low no need to worry . Consult your Gynaecologist and follow his/ her suggestions and advice . Have more water, fluids balanced diet. Sleep on left side have small quantities in between gaps.
