Q.

#AskTheExpert hi doctor...my 5 yr old daughter bleeds while doing potty..clumps of blood is seen ..have done antibiotics for it but nothing seems to be treating her...what do you think.. what is the issue..stool tests nd sonography are normal

A. Hello dear parent Did you or the doctor check for any anal fissure or piles which might be causing the bleeding ? If not then better consult a pediatric surgeon once

A. might need endoscopy. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. hello kid being small this requires a proper medical attention and it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too
