ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. try to be patient ok.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi mam,babies do this because of teething or when they try to get attention from their parents. so please check for this. Give your enough time to your child. whenever your child does this say no firmly and tell your child that it hurts others. but please don't scold or yell at your child. otherwise it will make your child to do again and again. try to distract your child by giving toys or activities. stay calm consistent and positive , definitely your child learn to stop this.
