#AskTheExpert hi doctor Mai esha hu. Meri 13th month ki baby bhi hain. Meri age 26 hai hight hai 5'2" weight thi 67kg paar aab 63 kg hai .Mai use 57 ya 58kg Tak le Jana chati hu paar weight jeise fixed hai ghatne ki naam hi nahi leti. mujhe pcod bhi hai. doctor Mai ek Bengali family se belong karti hu plz aap mujhe ek diet chart di jiye aaur kitni gram kaar ke khau wobhi mention kijiyega plz thanks

A. Hi , first and foremost based on your discription it seems you have reached platue. so whatever current diet and workout routine you are following you should continue with same. You need to follow small and frequent meals, follow high protein rich diet and dont skip any meal

A. start with brisk walk for atlst 20mins .. drink warm water every morning empty stomach.. add fresh fruits and boiled veggies as meal in your diet.. add small frequent meals in your diet.. drink 1-2 glass of water before every meal.. avoid junk and fried food. cut the intake of sugar and salt in your diet.. stary with yoga and cardio exercise under guidance..
