ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician6 years agoA. hi, your baby is 13 months old now.cyproheptadine is enzyme to increase appetite.but it's safety is still not established under age of 2 years.so for now try correct hemoglobin levels if low,give deworming medicine,see if your baby is passing motions regularly so that his appetite improve
