#AskTheExpert hi doctor I started to give solid foods to my 6 months old son ,can I give almonds finely powered mix with the food ,is that ok.

Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Try to keep head up position while feeding
