#asktheexpert hi doctor I started giving buffalo milk to my kid since 12 months now he is 16 month old Which milk is good for my son cow or buffalo?

A. Because buffalo milk takes longer to absorb and digest, cow milk is preferred for babies under one year olds. Cow milk is a better option to start with when deciding whether buffalo milk or cow milk is healthier for kids because buffalo milk is high in fat and difficult to digest.
