#AskTheExpert hi doctor.. I'm 8month pregnant and my haemoglobin is low that is 9.9 how can I increase it.. please help

A. Hello dear parent, I would.sugest ypu to meet your gynaecologist in person. As se wouod guide you better on this basis. Since you are pregnant you should definitely take supplements but with doctor's prescription only. Good luck and take
