#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor I have severe constipation last 3days and not passed stool. as per my doctor suggested taken Duphalac for 2 nights and yesterday night I had taken Fibopeg but there was no improvement please suggest something

you will have to drink plenty of water and should have some physical activity.
regular walking will help in in decreasing the constipation.
important to take diet which contains fibre and plenty of water.
if constipation doesn't improve it can lead to to piles and bleeding due to its complication
many times constipaxtion medicine is prescribed by the gynecologist if the constipation is not improving with dietary modification.
