Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. six weeks of postpartum bleeding is common for further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. You might have some bleeding for up to 6 weeks. Check with your doctor, nurse or midwife if the bleeding gets heavier rather than lighter, you have a sudden heavy blood loss or large clots after the first few days, the blood smells bad, your uterus feels tender or sore, or you're still bleeding after 6 weeks.
