#asktheexpert hi doctor , I am trying to loose weight . it is said while feeding we loose weight . but I can't see any wt loss , I have controlled my diet too. pleaae help me on this matter

A. balanced nutrition + exercise u shouldn't be in so much hurry to loose weight , primary goal should be baby's nutrition alongside ur fitness

A. hi dear Combining healthy eating with regular exercise is the best way to lose weight. Allow yourself time to achieve change. If you do things slowly, the weight is more likely to stay off, and it'll be easier for you to get fit and stay fit. You can start with pelvic floor exercises as soon as possible after giving birth.
