#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, I am a breastfeeding mother of 1.3 year old. I stopped taking my calcium and iron after my baby turned 1 year ..shall i still continue to have the supplements?

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. Yes calcium supplements to be taken till u breast feed ur baby. So continue taking that. No need to take iron supplements until there is low hb or iron deficiency in body. Take care
