Q.

#AskTheExpert Hi doctor, I am 36 weeks pregnant and planning for a normal delivery...On July 1st, 2022 I had my internal check up done and my doctor told that my baby is not dropping down means my baby has not been engaged in my pelvic portion..How can I help my baby enter my pelvic bone so that I can have normal delivery? Also I am taking duphalac syrup for constipation still I having issue of constipation..Please help me in these two issues..

A. delivery is a natural process you cannot make the baby engage in the pelvic bones and it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem

A. hello since u are a breastfeeding mum you should not take any medication or try anything without checking your doctor and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
