ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician10 months agoA. Start giving steam by using a vaporiser twice a day and apply Vicks baby rub and put basic Lear nasal drops and give one teaspoon honey mixed with two drops of ginger two drops if tulsi and a pinch of black pepper twice a day
