Your child is having constipation for which kindly give plenty of water to drink and fibre diet made from cereals pulses vegetables and fruits. Specially give papaya banana oats fennel seeds water it will help in decreasing constipation and even after that the problem continues kindly meet your doctor for constipation medicine. it is important for you to know that the problem of constipation will improve with increasing age of the child. You may increase or decrease the dosage of constipation medicine if needed according to the consistency of the stool

To help in reducing this problem, include fiber rich foods like beans, broccoli, dry fruits, avocado, peas, carrots, oatmeal, green leafy vegetables, legumes, wheat bread and variety of fluids like water, buttermilk, fresh juices, curd and coconut water. Massage the stomach in circular motion and move legs in cycling rotation to help in regular pooping.
