#asktheexpert hi doctor, can u suggest any deworming for my kid

A. Deworming medicine needs to be given routinely to every child after one year of age and the dose is 200 mg of albendazole once at night time and then repeat the same dose after 14 days once this cycle should be gghj repeated every six months at least till 5 year of age but it is advisable to give this medicine only after taking guidance by your doctor

A. Bandy 5ML suspension you can give in the night before sleeping in 5ML again after 14 days as the medicine packaging comes into 10 ML so this is how you can give medicine to such a small child and you can again repeat it after six months if it is required to be done
