#AsktheExpert Hi doctor can I feed mango and egg on the same day, mom was saying I shouldn't give mango and egg on d same day bcz it causes indigestion so plz suggest

if the baby is not getting in digestion on consumption of mango or eggs then it can be given on the same day there is no harm in giving it but if any one of the food is causing discomfort to the child it should be avoided

No It is not at all like that I can only tell you that if you maintain a good gap between two things like if you are giving one in the morning in more mango in the evening then that is perfectly fine there is nothing you need to worry about that it does not cause indigestion as such
