Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl6 months agoA. hi ji ,if its genetical problem then it takes a time ,efforts and patieneces but please check this too if child is having this due to stress . teach your child to take pause while speaking long word ,phrase or sentence.
