A. hi you mean to say a child is not gaining weight though he is taking enough and Healthy food. if yes then it happens because of increased activity level , low absorption of calories , or Health issue like stomach upset ,worm Infection or nutritional deficiencies etc so , please visit your pediatrician for proper evaluation.
