#AskTheExpert hi doc want to start solids for my child. can u suggest mean plan for each month please.

A. hello Mom you should not start solids for your baby by this time only after 6 months you should introduced solids till then breast milk or formula milk is sufficient please the plan for your first food only after 6 months for your baby start with homemade cerelac idli soft solids carrot puree Apple Puree all this helpful
