#asktheexpert Hi doc , recently seen a few gray hair strands on my 6 years girl child. what could be the reason and how to stop it. I am very much concerned about this. please help and guide. A concerned Mother

A. You do the lifestyle that we are maintaining adulteration in the food eating too much of junk food these days has become very common so these are some basic regions when you can see this kind of thing happening so you can use mustard oil regularly as of now to avoid further whitening of the hair
