Nisha UpadhyayMom of a 6 yr 11 m old boy5 years agoA. Hii mom, I Would suggest you to try ajwain water. In 1 litre of water add 2 tspn of ajwain and boil it. After that cool it down and with the help of a strainer separate ajwain and fill it in a bottle. Drink it 5 times a day. It's really good to reduce tummy fat after delivery.
