#AskTheExpert hi doc. My son is having some bowl issue from past 1 week for 2 days he got high fever with loose motion and now he is complaining about stomach pain.. not always but some time in a day like whenever he wants to leave gas or go to motion.. can u suggest to make him easy when he get indigestion

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and igts known as gastroentheritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
