#AskTheExpert Hi Doc, My son is 1 year old but he is not trying to stand alone independently or making that little steps..is that something to worry about..also he doesnot have single tooth. I'm giving him cow milk whenever he demands..is it fine or do I need to limit animal milk to 3 times a day..mostly he drinks milk during night time. please suggest

A. Hello, your baby boy is 12 months old and he doesn’t stand up on his own so it’s very early to get all these if he is having a calcium vitamin d3 deficiency so give it

A. hi dear Perhaps she has hypotonia or in other words, low muscle tone, which could be one reason she is not yet crawling, pulling to stand on her own or walking. Low tone would make it harder for her body to move against gravity to complete motor movements
