#AskTheExpert hi doc... my five year old doesn't sleep in the afternoon. he has completely left his afternoon nap. however if he doesn't take nap in the afternoon he often cries or talks at night while sleeping. also he has started rubbing his teeth at night while sleeping. pls suggest how to avoid to avoid all this..
