#asktheexpert hi doc.. my baby hv now.. 7 month old.. which food i choose.. for first feeding.... alrdy.. i started to give nestle cerelac one or two time per day. next what type of good shall i give. rply me.. i m confused.

Don’t We confuse there is nothing to be confused about it I will tell you what you can do it you can start giving Moon Dal water rice water followed by vegetable purees all kind of fruits mashed banana mashed potato and Khichdi porridge all these things are good to go for you can even give Suji items to the child or curd is also good
