ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. if it's increasing in size better consult your doctor It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

These white patches on the skin can be fungal infection or due to dryness.
apply coconut oil on the skin. The anti fungal property of coconut oil will help to get rid of the white patches and also give relief from dryness.
u can buy babyhug cold pressed coconut oil which is pure and additive free to apply.
