#AskTheExpert hi Doc! my 1 week daughter is having congestion in her chest. some time she's having trouble in breathing and feeding also. since last 1 week am applying home remedies like ajwain oil and time to time applying light warm cloth to her chest. still there is no progress

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Roast the Ajwain n rock salt and take a soft muslin cloth and make a potli .. when warm apply gently on chest and back for chest congestion give also steam inhalation, and use room humidifier.
