A. no need to worry periods may remain irregular till one year after delivery you just need to maintain proper health by good rest sleep whenever baby is sleeping and have good nutritious diet

A. okay.. you can give Massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child.
you can give silicone teether also which will help to soothe itchy gums.
try to distract your child by giving toys .

also my daughter is stepping into 5 th month now..her gums are irritating her ..hands in mouth most of the times...biting and difficulty at nights..kindly suggest

mam,it is normal for nursing mothers to not get periods or to get irregular periods during breastfeeding journey.
so don't worry.
just take necessary precautions to avoid unwanted pregnancy.
