Q.

#AskTheExpert hi, can we stop giving milk completely to our kid or is milk a non-negotiable component of the diet. She refuses milk except in one particular bottle, which she has out grown and we want to shift her to glass or sippy cup, but she refuses. thanks in advance.

A. try to give her juice in glass which has straw... then slowly you can start giving water and milk in the same glass so she learns to drink in glass
