NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello it is advisable to exclusively breastfeed a baby e till you baby complete six months at least and if in the case the breast milk is not sufficient then you can be giving your child and when formula milk which is an alternative to the breast milk and nothing else
