ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no, give simple paracetamol syp in proper dose.. meftal p idls use to treat in high fever.. give pcm as per prescribed dose and at proper adviced time interval .
Give tepid sponging to bring down the temperature if fever ..Always use room temperature water/tap water..not cool, because shivering can actually raise your baby's temperature rather than help bring it down.
