#asktheexpert Hi, are we supposed to start solids at the beginning of 6th month or 6 months should be completed?

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello you can start with the solid after the baby complete 6 months and not before that and it is advisable to exclusively breastfeed the baby till 6 months or give infant formula milk stage 1 using a BP a free bottle like babyhug and nothing else still 6 months
