A. Irregular periods is common after delivery specially when u r breastfeeding. Some may get it as early as two months and some don't get it even after a year. While few others get it one month and suddenly no periods for couple of months or Some may get too early every month before completing one month with more than usual flow or at times only spotting . If it's bothering you, then it is good to consult your gynecologist once. But it is always good to use contraceptive methods after delivery even if u have irregular or no periods. Regarding hair fall, Small onions (shallots), Amla, curry leaves, the fluid inside vitamin E tablet and grated coconut. Grind all these and massage on your scalp and hair. Leave it for half an hour and give a hair wash with a mild shampoo. Regularly use this treatment. This is very good for promoting hair growth and treating dandruff as well. For stretch marks, Apply castor oil on the stretch marks and massage in circular motion for ten minutes. Then wrap the area with a cotton cloth. Apply hot water bag on that area for like fifteen minutes. Cut potato into slices and rub it over the stretch marks until the startch is well applied. After fifteen minutes wash it away with warm water. Apply white sugar, few drops of almond oil and lemon juice mixture on the stretch marks and gently massage for few minutes before taking shower. Apply aloe vera gel over the stretch marks and rinse it off after fifteen minutes. Home remedies will show result only on continuous treatment for atleast a month.
