A. hii, give her the food that you eat in ur family, this will help in eating healthy bones and brain development. *#Dudh Ukkala or Ukkali* This is a gujju recipe for tasty... Immunity boosting milk... No need of Bournvita.. Boost.. Complan etc etc... Ingredients 🔴Elaichi powder 1tsp or less as per taste 🔴Dry Ginger powder 1tsp 🔴Fennel seeds... Saunf powder 1tsp 🔴Tea masala powder ½ tsp... Not tea leaves🙏🏻 🔴Ajwain seeds or powder ½ to 1tsp as preferred 🔴Haldi powder (from storage dabba... Not from masala dabba!!!) 1tsp 🔴Nutmeg powder 2 pinches 🔴Kesar 4 strands soaked n crushed in a spoon of milk ( optional) 🔴Milk 2 full glasses or ½ litre Method: Mix milk n all powders n kesar paste n boil very well.. Strain and drink... Dudh Ukkala ready Don't add sweetners like sugar or mishri for kids and toddlers....
