#asktheexpert hey doctor my daughter is 10mont old and from past 3-4month she always poop green.... rarely her potty colour is yellow. intially I thought it's becoz of cold but now m worrie. what is the reason for this and what should I do?

A. if stool consistency is paste like than it's okay. If the baby is fed with certain food substance like- green vegetables like spinach, peas, beans or broccoli in the form of purees or soups, the poop can be green. Certain brands of formula milk resulting in green poop. Imbalance in foremilk and hind milk also causes green stools.

A. but she is fine and eating healthy no such thing I have noticed like she is not well or something. she poop two times a day.

A. Green poop in kids can be alarming, but it usually not a cause for concern. Diet, such as eating leafy greens, often causes green poop. Otherwise, it may be linked to diarrhea or bacterial infections.
