Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious diet
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Take a good care of your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
