POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. Aim for your toddler go to bed at the same time every night. Have a bedtime routine that starts about half an hour before bedtime. This might include a bath, a soothing massage, a comforting cuddle, a bedtime story, a lullaby or just recounting all the things you've done together that day.
